As well as our flyers we also made an exhibition guide available at the exhibition to be taken away, within the guide we gave information about each of the elements that were exhibited and including the previous arts engagement that had been happening in Barne Barton. This information was all put together in a simple design format including text and logo’s alike the flyers for consistency. The text itself was written with the community in mind further helping to promote event participation and engage Barne Barton’s community with the arts. We printed round 300 exhibition guides hoping people would take some for friends even if they were unable to attend to raise awareness, they were as follows:
